Located in the centre of the commune of Gland, a stone's throw from the railway station, our project fits harmoniously into the ‘La Combaz’ PPA.

A modern, functional residential complex
Comprising four six-storey apartment buildings and four two- to three-storey blocks, this architectural complex is built on a base dedicated to entrances, services and parking. The basement and ground floor offer practical, accessible spaces for all residents.

Set in an urban environment that is becoming increasingly densely populated, our project focuses on high-quality landscaping, offering generous, welcoming green spaces.

A partnership built on trust
Commissioned by the total contractor Steiner, we carried out the construction phase of this project in close collaboration with the architect, who retained architectural direction.
